Louise has lived in the UK as well as USA but selected Australia to settle down 

She had previously tried to buy an established property but was discouraged by the amount of deposit required 

She came to us to look at her building options instead and was surprised to find out she could get her own place with a minimal deposit but also, she would be paying the same amount as renting in that area.
