Lisa and Rob were second home buyers who had sadly been misguided about finance. Even though they had settled on their block, they were unable to build their home and had to sell their block of land.
Thinking their shot at owning again had gone, they saw one of our ads and met us. We went through their wish list and options
This time round, they wanted a larger block for their big family in a private area, not a traditional estate.
We secured them a perfect block just over 100m from the canals in South Yunderup
They now own a 5×3 large luxury spec family home with side access and ample backyard. In fact, this photo was taken in their brand-new kitchen in their own home
Their daughter Aimee was so impressed with the quality of the build and incredible customer service her parents experienced that she now too is building her first home with us
