Ryan & Belinda came to us for a quick consult to get some info so they could aim for a goal in the future to own a home again.
After going through an emotional setback where they had no option but to sell everything, they put in place a 5-year plan to get back into a home of their own.
They were pleasantly surprised that at the info session they discovered they could actually do something NOW to achieve that goal .
After working through all the possibilities and fine tuning the plan, we were able to secure a block of land big enough for a 4×2 home design including side access for Ryan’s shed and a future pool!
They are so excited to see this dream become a reality sooner than expected. They have since received formal finance and are well and truly on their way to owning a home once again.
