Daniel recently moved here from Sydney, where the cost of living is a lot higher than Perth and he was keen to stop wasting money on rent as soon as possible. He was pleasantly surprised that he could afford his own home for the same price he is currently paying in rent.
We also managed to secure him a block of land in the same location he is renting in.
The best part is, his finance has just been approved and his land has settled. We’re so excited for Daniel as he puts the finishing touches to his home and moves into the construction stage.
