Eric came to us interested in getting into the property market and was keen to see if he would qualify to do something right now.

Seeing as the market conditions are so good to build, Eric was pleased when we were able to secure him his very first piece of land in the beautiful Clementine Estate.

We got him a 3×2 home design to suit with a big backyard for his dog. All this on the doorstep of the Swan Valley where he could still be close to work and family.

His new home would be less than what he is currently paying in rent! That beats renting any day of the week when you could own your own home for less!
