Jamie had been renting for many years and was looking to see if it was possible to own again.
Being a second homeowner, he did not think he stood a chance of owning right now but gave us a go anyway to see what options would be out there for him to work towards it.
We crunched the numbers and discovered that he could do something right NOW to own a home!!!
We found him a block of land to fit a large 4×2 home design as well as our popular outdoor kitchen to match. Here he is with keys in hand to his brand-new home that he thought was going to be a long-term goal.
