Quin and Julie are second home buyers who made an enquiry just to see what options they had.
To their surprise their options look very promising, and they were eligible to receive the government grant of $45K for all second home buyers 

We found them a great block of land in Byford Green where they will be building a 4×2 home with a custom garage big enough for Quinn to work on his cars.

Their design also includes a games room, scullery and huge alfresco for entertaining and a big backyard with enough room for their two dogs.

Quin and Julie have since received all the necessary approvals and now the construction of their dream home can commence .
